     Hello... and thanks for visiting! 

• It is my goal... as a full-service Real Estate Agent, to give my clients top performance with current information and evaluation of today's real estate market and how that may relate to you...  I work as a member of your team of lender, home inspector, service vendor, repair person, and escrow company to make your purchase and transition as easy and smooth as possible. 
• As a native Tucsonan, I am proud to be a University of Arizona alumnus.  As a previous widow for many years and raising two sons, I learned quickly about getting a good value for my money.  I want to help you do the same.   I recently married long-time friend, Jack Weaver, and together we now have six adult children and nine grandchildren!  We are very much aware of all stages of life and the differences in home needs...

• In addition, I add value and service by recommending a fine team of professionals who are interested in you.  Mortgage lenders, title and escrow officers, home inspectors, roofers, electricians, plumbers, handypersons, are all ready to help you with your real estate needs.  I  track the contract process keeping you informed of dates and times, facilitating a seamless, easy transaction with full communication.  I complete a free comparative comparative market analysis on each listing or a home that you are buying to be sure you are getting the best value for your money.  I work to give you honest, courteous, professional service at all times so that I may earn the right to become your family realtor.  
• In the past, I have worked for the Pima County Attorney's Office for five years, completed Hogan's School of Real Estate and passed the State exam in 1997, worked with Long Realty Company for over eight years and am now with Tierra Antigua Realty. 
• I have earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and GRI (Graduate Realty Institute) designations. I continually keep abreast of new and changing information in the field by taking classes, attending seminars, and renewing my license every two years.
